Kin is a portfolio company of Eucalyptus.

Fertility feels like an unfinished project for modern women. While attitudes are shifting around a woman’s right to control her own body, the topic of fertility is still laced with taboo and fear. For many, fertility is still a black box. It’s something most don’t think or talk about until it suddenly becomes all-consuming. At that point, we’re left to navigate a confusing maze of misinformation and a fragmented healthcare system.

The fertility journey isn’t always easy or straightforward.

We want to change that.

Job description

A unique opportunity exists to sit across our multiple brands – Pilot, Kin Fertility & Software with more in the pipeline. Whilst focussing on one, the opportunity exists to move between brands depending on your strengths and interests. You'll be part of a small but fast-growing team.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable and caring, with experience in dealing with customers. Experience in the healthcare space is not necessary, but interest in health & wellness is desired. Experience in a customer focussed roles such as hospitality are also desirable. You need to thrive on understanding our customer’s problems and finding the best possible solution.

The role is in our office in Haymarket, a short walk from Central station. Primary responsibility for the role will be communicating with patients, doctors and managing consultation flow via our software platform. Responding to our customers as fast as possible is essential to the customer journey, so rostered weekend work will be required.

You will triage and manage customer support tickets on HelpScout and ensure patients are looked after, and their treatments are delivered on time. You will also be a critical point of contact for Eucalyptus partnered doctors and help with managing their consultation flow.

This role will also be important to the continued success of Eucalyptus and will filter important information back through the rest of the team so we can continue to improve the lives of Australian men & women.

Experience required

Minimum Requirements

2-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent


Ideal Experience

Experience using a range of tones of voice whilst dealing with a broad range of customers

Proven application of problem solving to reach best possible outcome for customers

Experience with customer service software and interest in how digital businesses work
